A: With ever changing state laws, we cannot provide a definitive list of states where the VF-18 can be obtained. Check with your local FFL to see if they are available in your state.
Q:What tools will I need to install the VF-18?
A:To install the VF-18 you would need a basic bench vice, a barrel block and an adjustable wrench or armorer's wrench.
Q: Do I need shims to time the VF-18?
A: The VF-18 comes complete with a crush washer to make an “X” pattern rather than a “+” pattern.
Q: Will the VF-18 help to reduce recoil, stay muzzle Neutral andhide flash ?
A: Yes, Yes and Yes! The VF-18 is designed to mitigate recoil with the many micro structures machined into the device also acting like a muzzle brake and flash hider. While this will not compete with a device that is designed specifically to mitigate any one of these specifically, it sure does make for a great all in one muzzle device!
